    The information we collect depends on how you interact with Quickie Bites.

    A. Account and Contact Information

    Depending on your device settings and permissions, driver location information may be collected while the Quickie Bites driver application is running in the foreground or background when necessary to provide active delivery services.

    You can control certain location permissions through your device settings. Disabling location services may prevent certain Quickie Bites features from functioning properly.

    E. Driver and Delivery Partner Information

    If you apply to or participate as a Quickie Bites driver or delivery partner, we may collect information such as:

    • Date of birth
    • Driver’s license information

    Location information is particularly important to the operation of a delivery platform.

    Customers may allow Quickie Bites to access location information to locate nearby restaurants, determine delivery addresses, and facilitate deliveries.

    Drivers may be required to enable location services while using certain driver features or completing deliveries.

    Quickie Bites does not intend to collect precise driver location information beyond what is reasonably necessary for platform operations, delivery fulfillment, safety, fraud prevention, support, legal compliance, or other purposes disclosed to the driver.

    Device-level location permissions can generally be changed through your mobile device settings.

  6. 6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

    Quickie Bites may integrate services provided by third parties, including payment processors, mapping providers, cloud-service providers, communications platforms, analytics services, and other technology providers.

    These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable agreements with Quickie Bites.

    We require service providers that process personal information on our behalf to maintain protections appropriate to the nature of the information and their role.

  12. 12. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROL

    Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) setting.

    Because there is not a universally accepted standard governing responses to traditional DNT signals, our Services may not respond to all DNT signals.

    Where required by applicable law, Quickie Bites recognizes applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (“GPC”), as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing activities for the browser or device sending the signal.

    Quickie Bites is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

    Individuals must meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the particular Quickie Bites service they use.
